Never visited, only called and talked to Jake. We chatted about 3-5 times about transmission repairs for my car: the pro and cons, the prices, used and new part options, and the reasoning behind each option. If he didn’t know the answer he got back to me. He called around to used part stores to see if he could find me a better deal and talked to subaru to see what a new transmission would cost. This was all without stepping foot in the store. AMAZING customer service and patience! I felt so well taken care of, and they were so honest. Would recommend them to anyone with transmission issues in a heartbeat, and while I hope we don’t have anymore issues in the future, I would go to them for my business.
